Microstructure and Wear Resistance of Fe60 Laser Cladding Coating Assisted by Steady Magnetic Field–Mechanical Vibration Coupling Field

Fe60 laser cladding coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel with assistance alternating magnetic field–mechanical vibration coupling field. The XRD results show that is mainly composed solid solution Ni-Cr-Fe, (Fe, Ni), and Fe-Cr also contains a certain amount Cr2Fe14C hard phase. In process cladding, chemical composition not affected by Under interaction field, liquid metal in molten pool fully stirred; heat diffusion accelerated; temperature gradient front solid–liquid interface decreases; large-size dendrites are broken.
